BOUTIQUE SCHEDULE CHANGES
JANUARY - APRIL 2026
Below are a list of schedule changes across Edgemont Athletic’s five boutique studios – Studio 40, Ride 365, Core Studio, Skill X and Precision Pilates – effective January – April 2026. The following updates are being made to the studio schedule based on member demand for class styles.
MONDAY
- Studio 40: Hot Hatha 4:00PM → 4:30PM
- Studio 40: Warm Yin 5:30PM → 6:15PM
- Precision Pilates: NEW 5:30PM class added
TUESDAY
- Studio 40: Hot Vinyasa NEW 7:00PM
- Precision Pilates: NEW 6:30PM class added
WEDNESDAY
- Skill X HIIT Studio: NEW 6:00 AM
- Studio 40: Warm Yang/Yin 4:00PM → 4:30PM
- Studio 40: Warm Yin 5:30PM → 6:15PM
- Precision Pilates: NEW 5:30PM class added
THURSDAY
- Core Fitness Studio: NEW 8:15AM Barre
- Ride 365 Studio: Easy Ride 9:30AM → Spin & Strength
- Core Fitness Studio: TRX NEW 10:45AM
FRIDAY
- Skill X HIIT Studio: NEW 6:00AM
- Core Fitness Studio: Aerial Yoga 10:00AM Removed
- Ride 365 Studio: Spin & Strength 5:00PM staying permanently
SATURDAY
