In celebration of our Grand Opening and National Health & Fitness Day – we would like to invite our members to bring guests in to experience a unique fitness opportunity. We will have several 20- minute fitness demo classes and workshops to encourage love of movement and foster a healthy lifestyle.
As such, our regular group fitness classes on June 3, 2023 will be replaced with over 20 unique opportunities to learn and move.

We would love to display numerous vendors that align with our values to be part of this special event!
We open our doors to the public on June 3rd, 2023 from 9:30AM to 5:30PM.
Edgemont Athletic opened its doors as a standalone, locally owned athletic club in June 2021, with members flowing into the club July 2021. Members embraced the club’s vision every step of the way, with a level of excitement and anticipation throughout the renovations. We will open our doors to the public and our amazing members for a Grand Opening fun filled day with exciting activities, classes, contests, activities for the kids and membership promotions!
To be recognized as a vendor at our Grand Opening, we ask that you provide a gift basket valued at $75 or more.
These baskets would be used to advertise your business in the weeks leading up to the event. The gift baskets will be used as prizes by EA providing exposure of your business to thousands of members and potential members.
What do you receive as a vendor at our Grand Opening?
- Advertising in our club through our EA social media, website, newsletters and in club televisions and displays.
- Display table for in-person marketing and interaction with members and guests.
- Opportunities to interact with our members and guests during peak club check-in times.
HOW DO YOU BECOME A PART OF THIS WONDERFUL EVENT?
There will be a limited space for vendors. Up to potentially 20 vendors will be chosen, with vendor applications required to be submitted in advance. Upon approval you will be notified about additional event details.
To indicate your interest and secure your spot as vendor, please fill out this application HERE by May 15, 2023. If your business is chosen, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
To finalize your vendor spot, your basket will need to be dropped off at Edgemont Athletic no later than May 23, 2023. Please note the earlier your basket is dropped off the greater the exposure to your business.
If you wish to participate and promote but do not wish to have a table, you can still offer a basket, gift cards, coupons or samples.
