Whether you're brand new to Pilates or just new to our studio, this class ensures you're confident and ready to get the most out of your future workouts.
Edgemont Essentials will cover:
- Reformer equipment orientation and setup
- Neutral spine and core engagement
- Proper form, breathwork, and movement mechanics
- Key modifications and cues used in all classes
Completion of Edgemont Essentials is recommended before enrolling in any other Reformer class style.
Gentle and form-focused, perfect for beginners or anyone returning to movement, buildyour Pilates foundation with confidence in Precision Fundamentals - a gentle, form-focused Reformer class designed to deepen your understanding of movement, breath, and alignment.
This class emphasizes quality over intensity, guiding you through the core principles of Pilates - control, centering, concentration, and breath - while introducing you to essential Reformer exercises in a supportive environment.
Precision Fundamentals will cover:
- Muscle awareness and core activation
- Proper posture and joint alignment
- Breath coordination to support movement
- Confidence in Reformer technique and transitions
Precision Fundamentals is the ideal next step after Edgemont Essentials, and a valuable option for anyone looking to slow down, reset, and move with intention
Step into the next phase of your Pilates journey with Precision Progression, an intermediate Reformer class that challenges strength, coordination, and control.
Precision Progression will cover:
- More complex movement pattern
- Increased resistance
- Seamless transitions
Ideal for clients confident in the structure of our introductory class options. Precision Progression bridges the gap between foundational practice and advanced reformer work, building on the foundations of Edgemont Essentials and Precision Fundamentals.
Push your limits with Precision Power, an advanced Reformer class designed for experienced clients ready to challenge their strength, stamina, and control.
In this class, you’ll experience:
- Powerful, resistance-based exercises for total-body strength
- Advanced transitions and movement combinations
- Minimal cueing - designed for those confident in form and flow
- A faster pace with sustained core engagement
This strength-forward session combines high-intensity sequences with heavier resistance, advanced variations, and minimal rest - all while staying rooted in the core Pilates principles of precision, breath, and alignment.
Precision Power is not recommended for beginners. Clients must be confident with intermediate-level Reformer work and free from injury.
